1. Our Commitment to Student Privacy
At VII Septima, privacy is built into our core architecture. We enforce a zero-identity footprint policy: we do not collect student names, school names, student ID numbers, or institutional emails.
2. Pseudonym-Based Candidate Identification
Every candidate brief is identified solely by an encrypted pseudonym (e.g. QuietFox-482) paired with a unique 64-character secret access key. All communication between candidates and specialist writers occurs through anonymous message boards.
3. Stripe Payment Data Isolation
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe using end-to-end TLS encryption. Credit card numbers, Apple Pay tokens, and Google Pay credentials never touch our servers. Billing statements display generic descriptors to protect candidate discretion.
4. File Storage & Automatic Purging
Completed PDF and DOCX reports are saved with 256-bit hashed filenames. Files can only be downloaded by presenting the matching Secret Access Key and are automatically purged from our servers 30 days after order completion.
